Frequently Asked Questions

What are your shipping costs?

Shiping is done using UPS.

Are the items for sale refurbished or closeouts?

All of the items for sale from ModelTrainPro are brand new and in their original boxes.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are generally sent out within 5 business days receiving it via UPS.When the item is shipped out, you will automaticaly receive a notification and tracking number for your order.

How do I cancel an order?

How do I know that ModelTrainPro received my order?

After you place an order with ModelTrainPro.com, you will see a screen that says "Thank you for your order" and has some additional information.  Also, an e-mail will be sent to you that confirms your order; this confirmation email should arrive the same day that you placed your order.

I've returned some merchandise.  When can I expect a refund?

ModelTrainPro will issue a refund within four days after we receive the returned product.

I've returned some merchandise.  When can I expect a replacement?

If we have the replacement merchandise in stock, it is usuallyshipped to you within one day after we receive the returned product.

What is your  returns policy?

 Merchandise may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt if the merchandise is in the original unopened package.  Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.   The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.   Shipping and handling is not refundable.    Returns must be authorized by contacting customer support at modeltrainpro@gmail.com
